What is Aweber's dirty billing secret?

by Andrew C. Marketing Consultant
In this comparison video Aweber's dirty billing secret is going to be disclosed which Aweber doesn’t want you to know about. Now, technically it’s not a secret, but they certainly don’t talk about it very much.

To understand this you first have to visit the CloudNet360 system and into the CRM. The first thing that you need to notice is that only one list is managed here, there isn’t a multitude of lists that you have to manage.

Everything is done here with tags and funnels and you will be able to segregate these people on these tags and funnels.  If you want to manage your coffee upsell and segregate it in a certain way, you can do that, you can also manage by functional systems, by personal geographic type systems.  All these things are very easy to deal with. The other thing you can do is to get rid of your unsubs, one of the other things that you can do is to use an action link. Use an action link in all your emails, so, you can see who is actually clicking on your links and get rid of the people that aren’t.

You just don’t want to automate your sales and marketing you also want to automate your cost reductions and with CloudNet360, it can be done. Now, it is really easy to get rid of your opt-outs and it is also easy to manage your pricing. It is really easy to cost control your system. If you have a large list to maintain, a list say containing fifty thousand or, a hundred thousand people they can all be deleted with one click.

So, when you look at managing your pricing, the pricing listed right here in the system and , it makes it very easy to cost control your system when you have a large list and you have people who aren’t responding to your emails. Get rid of them, and save the money. You don’t have to go page by page to get rid of these people.

Now let’s go into Aweber and let’s take a look at what they do. Just for example, say you have seven thousand and twenty two subscribers. Now when you review the list you might find the total number amounting to say fourteen thousand six hundred and thirty. The additional number of seven thousand six hundred and eight people are those who have opted out of your list.

Now, when you take a look at the billing process, you find that you are getting charged for the total number which was fourteen thousand six hundred and thirty, so, you are not getting charged for the valid records which was seven thousand and twenty two. But the problem doesn’t stop right there, every single time you create a list and you duplicate that list you have to pay for that in your grand total.

Now when you come down to manage the subscribers and you just want to get rid of all the unsubscribed people, now you can’t do that at one go. You have to go segment by segment and repeat the process to get rid of all your unsubs. It is really cumbersome; there is no way to get rid of these people automatically. There is nothing that segments them out in that fashion like you can with an action link in the CloudNet360 CRM, and there is certainly no way to get rid of them conveniently.

This is the Aweber's Dirty Secret, it’s a trick that Aweber uses to keep the billing high which is ok if you are getting value, but in this case it’s a billing where you get zero value. They are charging you money for subscribers you can’t even send to because they are all unsubscribed. When you look at billing you have to look at the cost, when you look at cost it is significantly easier for you to get rid of the people out of your CloudNet360 system when you choose than it is to ever get rid of them in your Aweber system and since there is only one list you will never get charged duplicate for having people in multiple lists.

It is a much more efficient system, it is easier to manage, more controllable, more powerful and in this case much more cost effective.

With CloudNet360 get ready to sell more, faster and save more in the process.
