Ways to Accomplish Your Garage March Goals

by Shawn William Creative Writer

It's not just about the new car, it's about the journey. For many people, the garage is a place where they can go to indulge their passions and get in their daily dose of escapism. It serves as a space they can call their own, one that allows them to escape those responsibilities and work on personal projects. But for so many people, this isn't enough. They want more out of life and are looking for ways to start living healthy and achieving new goals with their garage time. Here are 3 ways to help you achieve your garage march goals!

3 Ways to Achieve Your Garage March Goals

1. Do a daily mindfulness meditation for 20 minutes

This is a great way to start the morning and find focus. You can do this by focusing on your breath, being conscious of your posture, or just trying not to think about anything else other than the present moment.

2. List all the things you want to accomplish in the year

While it's important to set goals for yourself, it's even more important to be realistic with them. It's easy for these types of tasks to become overwhelming if you're always looking at what you have left to do as opposed to what you've already accomplished. List everything that's been happening in your life lately and plan out milestones that will help you achieve those goals faster.

3. Limit your time on social media and spend more time focusing on offline activities.

It might seem counterintuitive because social media is such an important part of our lives today, but spending too much time on it can actually prevent us from achieving our goals. Studies show that people who use social media sites between three and five hours per day are less likely to exercise or eat healthier than those who don't use it at all or who limit their usage down to two hours per day.

Conclusion

Now that you have your garage all set up, it’s time to get started. There are five ways to make sure your garage march is successful:

1. Have a clear goal in mind

2. Set a time frame

3. Get help from friends

4. Be patient

5. Keep track of your progress
