Water chemistry analysis of galvanized steel pipe

Lots of steel pipe would use in water transportation, like galvanized steel pipe. However, we should take an analysis for water chemistry for the real circumstance before install these galvanized steel pipes.

Hardness and alkalinity salts in water would encourage the formation of the steel pipe's scale and films once we put them in the water for too long. That is the reason why we should check and repair the steel pipe once for a long time installation. According to the research,  corrode excessively (8, p. 11; 9, pp. 16, 29, 32, 140; 10, pp. 160, 163; 11,p. 76; 12, pp. 2.15, 2.16, 2.25) would have important influence for the corrosion of the galvanized steel pipe once we put them into the water. Under this situation, clients would be necessary to have a survey for details of the project and finally decide which kind of steel pipe would be chose from the supplier.
