The other name of Diabetes is diabetes mellitus and in the recent time it’s been observed that it has become a very common heath problem. Diabetes can of several types and they are categorized as per their qualities and properties. Although there are two main types such as type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. In type 1 what happens is, the body does not produce insulin and in type 2, either there isn’t enough insulin production, or the produced insulin does not work properly. There may be some symptoms that can indicate this problem such as weight loss despite eating well, excessive thirst, fatigue, cuts and bruises that takes a long time to heal, increased urination and blurred vision.

Type 1 diabetes is popular by the name “juvenile diabetes”. It has got this name because it usually appears at a younger age like the time before a person turns 20 years old. Studies have proven that in Type 1 diabetes, insulin-producing beta cells are attacked by the immune system in the pancreas and that is why it is called an autoimmune disease. When the pancreatic cells are damaged, there may be a reduced ability for it to create insulin. Most causes that lead to such autoimmune response can be a virus, heavy metals, genetically modified organisms, vaccines, or food items such as wheat, cow’s and milk soy.

Although many people believe that cow’s milk is good for health and has amazing benefits, but the fact is they contain proteins, gluten and A1 casein. These proteins have the capacity to cause leaky gut and as a result, there may be systemic inflammation in the entire body. One must keep in mind all these factors when going through diabetes treatment.

Just like there are some food that cause type 1 Diabetes, there are also certain food items that cause type 2 diabetes and they may include high levels of inflammation, having a sedentary lifestyle, going through high amounts of stress, being overweight, having a poor diet, having high blood pressure or a history of heart disease, family history of diabetes, being exposed to toxins or certain chemicals and reaction to certain medications.

Its prescribed by experts in ayurvedic treatment because of its highly beneficial properties. Cinnamon causes a decline in LDL, cholesterol plasma glucose levels and triglyceride levels.
