Two Research Directions of YIFAN Crusher

by Tylor Lee Website owner

The function of crushing equipment in our country has big distances with the foreign advanced equipment which seriously affects the development level of equipment manufacturing industry in our country and reduces the economic benefit of each related department. In order to improve the crusher manufacturing technology and the economic benefit of the crusher supplier, YIFAN Machinery  has carried out a series of research on the working principle and the working performance of the crushing equipment.

We have built a multi-objective programming model for crushing and grinding equipment to research the highly efficient, energy-saving and environmental protection, modern high-energy domestic crushing grinding equipment with our own intellectual property. Around the above purpose, the research of Henan YIFAN Machinery mainly focused on the following two parts:
1. Working mechanism research
The working mechanism research is mainly to deeply research the laminating crushing process in the extrusion crushing cavity. Then we can determine the constitutive relation model, energy consumption model; choose function model and fragmentation function model of the laminating crushing process. We mainly research the select function model and crushing function model to establish the relationship model between the selecting process and crushing process and realize the size calculation of the laminated crusher machine product.
2. Working performance research
The working performance research consist of the productivity model research of laminating crushing way, distribution model research of product particle size and the cavity shape performance model research of crushing equipment.
