What's the point? The chain tensioner of the F 800 GS also produces a chain that has been extended by two links (118 instead of 116 with the original gear ratio, 15 mm longer wheelbase). This increases the wheelbase and changes the wheel load distribution in favor of a more loaded front wheel. This in turn brings improved off-road qualities when it matters.

A recommendation can also be made for various Acerbis MX handguards (with adapter) for the F 800 GS. We also like the clear execution.

 

CNC-milled adjustable brake and clutch levers are offered by Krüger Moto-Parts as a set. The manufacturer is Puig from Barcelona, ​​who is known from the accessories segment (plastic panels) and racing.

These high-quality levers are available for GS, and many other models. The grip surfaces of the levers have a rectangular profile with rounded edges.
