Step 1: Reach Delhi
If you really want to reach Delhi early then take a domestic flight from Goa to Delhi.
Step 2: Reach GoaIf you have reached Delhi then you are very close to Agra and Taj Mahal. You can take a train, bus, or cab to reach your destination. Trains are quick and now take approximately 3 hours to cover the distance between Delhi and Agra. Cabs and buses are almost similar in timings. But if you are choosing bus routes then go for a deluxe one to reduce the chances of getting late!
After arriving in Agra, get a taxi or rickshaw or an auto rickshaw towards Taj Mahal.
One more thing, the best time to reach Taj Mahal is early in the morning at the time of sunrise.
