Yes, I have found it the most threatening single-cell living organism while working as a food safety officer. And, there is a reason why I consider it the most challenging threat. In this article, I will discuss how these organisms play their role not only disturbing the quality but also ruining the overall safety of foods. With these insights, you can easily manage your food safety to keep it fresh, secure, and safe while improving the shelf life of your food.

Handling a ready-to-eat food activity poses a great food safety risk. When employees touch these foods with their bare hands, they may ruin the food. Indeed, this touch may transfer various organisms in food that destroy the quality of ready-to-eat foods. Remember that ready-to-eat foods are the ones that are not cooked neither they need further preparation. These foods include fruits and some fast foods. When customers buy these foods, it causes various problems. Customers consider it safe and clean but these foods are usually vulnerable to many health issues. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain different safety standards to manage the safe and sound handling of these foods before selling.

Creating a safe environment for ingredients and products along this complex chain is one of the difficulties, since traceability, quality control, and interactivity among the stakeholders are involved.
