Manufacturing process

Customer needs to provide a sample mould or 2D/3D data about the mould. The research and development team of the company uses the sample or data to design the mould using computer aided designing and other technology. The raw materials required to manufacture the moulds are determined and procured. Standard and non-standard parts are also obtained. Mold processing is finally undertaken.

The mould is put through some tests and is inspected thoroughly. Sample mould is shipped to the customer. Modifications to the moulds are carried out if required by the customer. After approval of the sample mould, mass production of the mould is done which are then prepared for shipment. The moulds are inspected right at the factory before shipment is dispatched.
