Tajima TMCR: a new multi-head embroidery machine

by Embroidery Gulf Embroidery Gulf

An embroidery can be made in many ways, but it becomes something special when you can transform it into added value or unparalleled know-how because it is created with skill and cutting-edge technology that no one else can offer.

The new multi-head Tajima elevates this concept to a level of excellence by introducing 5 new features .

The competitive advantages of the new Tajima multi-head

The DCP (Digitally Controlled Presser Foot) electronic foot reduces the jerkiness of the fabric , while the embroidery is carried out, resulting in an incredible stitch quality and greater ease in the decoration of very thick, thin and superimposed materials . The FS Mode function allows to embroider in an optimal way even with thick or little twisted yarns, impossible to work with other machines. The simplified control buttons on each head speed up the setting operations of some functions.

The new ESQ-C device allows you to apply sequins from 2 to 9 mm and make adjustments according to type and size in a simple and intuitive way. The Multicording option optimizes the embroidery with threads and cords of the most varied types to create special decorations with unprecedented softness and three-dimensional properties.

TMCR is the first and only flat embroidery machine equipped with a DCP electronic foot, patented device and introduced for the first time in the embroidery market by Studio Auriga in 2014 on Tajima TMARK-C ready-made garment models.

The DCP electronic foot  reduces the jerkiness of the fabric while embroidering, resulting in incredible stitch quality and greater ease in processing very thick, thin and superimposed materials.
