SSC GD Constable Exam Pattern 2021

Aspirants must know that there are four main stages of clearing the SSC GD constable exam which are as follows.

·        Written Test

·        Physical Standard Test

·        Physical Efficiency Test

·        Medical Test

SSC GD Written Test

Referring to the SSC GD exam pattern will give an idea about the marking scheme, topics to study, no of questions and duration for the exam. All these aspects will give candidates the knowledge to approach the examination easily.

The SSC GD written exam consists of four subjects i.e. General Intelligence & reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics and English/ Hindi.

·        The marks allotted to each subject is 25

·        The number of questions asked in each subject is 25

·        The duration of the exam is of 90 minutes

·        For each correct answer, candidates will get 1 mark

·        For each wrong answer, ¼ mark is deducted

·        The mode of examination will be both English and Hindi 

SSC GD Physical Test

The physical test is the first stage of the selection process for the SSC GD exam. Candidates should make sure that they meet the physical requirements as mentioned by the SSC. Take a look at the SSC GD exam pattern for the physical test below.

SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test

This is the second stage of selection after the Physical Test. Only those candidates who have cleared their Physical test are eligible for this stage.

In this stage, a running race will be arranged for both men and women. Here, they are supposed to cover a specific distance in the allotted time.
