SSC GD 2021 Notification: Check Latest Exam dates, Exam Pattern and Syllabus

The SSC GD Exam is conducted every year to fill various positions as general duty Constable and Riflemen. As this exam is conducted nationally, there are lakhs of aspirants who appear for this exam each year. SSC GD Latest Updates:

According to the official notification of SSC, the SSC GD Exams which were earlier scheduled to be on 2 Aug- 25 Aug 2021 has been postponed. The reason behind this is the rise in coronavirus cases worldwide. So, to avoid the risk, the officials have taken the decision to postpone the SSC GD Computer-based test as of now. 

Apart from this, candidates must know the complete SSC GD Exam guide so that they can start their exam preparation without any hassle. It is important to be well aware of the syllabus and exam pattern to be thoroughly prepared for the SSC GD examination. SSC GD Exam pattern 

There have been no changes in the SSC GD Exam pattern this year. Candidates can refer to the complete exam pattern below. 

Before proceeding further, candidates should know that there are four main stages to this exam i.e. written test (computer-based), Physical standard test, Physical efficiency test, and medical test. 

Written Test: 

Note that the total duration for the SSC GD Written Exam is for 90 minutes. There will be a negative marking for each question where ¼ mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. 

Physical Test:

Physical Standard Test 

Here, a running race will be arranged where candidates need to run to a certain distance at the given time. 

Medical Test:
