implement systems, policies and procedures to facilitate financial
control
Take decisions regarding capital and resources allocation amongst various departments
Analyze the revenues and expenses to gauge the financial health of the business
Formulate budgets and conduct variance analysis to determine
difference between projected and actual expenditure and implement
corrective actions
Present a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation of financial statements
Ensure timely assessment and payment of direct and indirect tax in full compliance with the provisions of applicable tax rules
Establish strategic cost management systems for cost-effective business operations
Organize internal and statutory audits for evaluating internal control
systems and procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and
implement necessary recommendations
Liaise and negotiate with banks
and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based finance
at favorable terms to meet working capital requirements
Manage treasury function for optimum utilization and hedging of surplus funds in profitable investments for higher returns.
Maintain company’s financial records
Review various financial reports required by management and regulatory bodies
Process staff payrolls
ADMIN. MANAGER
Maintain the company’s facilities and infrastructure
Ensure timeliness and quality of housekeeping services like cleaning of washrooms, garbage collection
Manage physical security of the office area and premises
Liaise with local municipal authorities and public utilities departments such as electricity, water, etc.
Liaise with vendors or suppliers of office consumables like toiletries, etc.
Providing specialized support to other departments and managers.
Planning, organizing, providing leadership and controlling all administrative functions.
Managing quality and cost control.
Rendering a service to other functions within the organization.
