Roku Audio Related Issue

One of the most common issues with the Roku audio issue. There are various Roku audio devices that can be connected to a Roku host device such as Roku stream bar, Roku stream bar pro, Roku smart soundbar or the Roku immersive sound surround that provide a rich cinematic experience. But there are various issues that the customer faces when they plug it in or install in their television or the host device like audio echoes, audio stops and audio stops intermittently, audio heard from only one speaker or audio synchronisation issue.

When you face an issue where no audio is heard the process of resolving it is very simple:

1) Press home on your Roku tv remote 

2) Scroll down, find settings and click on it

3) Select "remotes & services" to open "remote and devices" menu

4) Select audio device

5) You will find a screen in which you will see "wireless speaker (left)" and "wireless speaker (right)" that is, when you’re audio device is connected to your Roku tv

6) If you click on either one of them it will show you various information about the speakers.

7) If both the speakers still don't emit any audio kindly go back to settings click audio then click on to "speakers" to check if they're turned off.

If you don't hear any audio from the wireless device you can always pull the plug out and wait for a few minutes and then again plug it back and make sure that the power cables are securely attached. Keep in mind, the LED light on the back of each of the speakers should be on and it shouldn't be flashing. This is a very common way to solve an audio related problem.
