2.       Put CMD in the text field and then hit ok

3.       After that ping the server from the workstation

4.       For this, the user needs to type ping_[servername] and then hit the enter key. Also note that, the user needs to avoid using the brackets


5.       After that apply the steps given above for all the workstations getting the error

6.       If the user gets slow reply, or if a loss of packet is detected, then it implies that there is some issue with the network and repair is required

7.       Lastly, check if the error persists
