Ready to Uncork That Bottled Rage?

by Lisa E. Affiliate/Social/Digital MArketer

You're Not Alone.

Ever feel like a simmering volcano, ready to erupt over a burnt toast or a bad Wi-Fi signal? Join the club, friend. Rage, whether it's fiery or simmering, is real, and hiding it only burns us from the inside out.

But here's the good news: You're not alone. This ain't no solo inferno. There's a whole tribe of us out there, simmering pots, bubbling cauldrons, and yeah, maybe even the occasional exploding geyser. And guess what? We're building a community where rage is real, raw, and welcome.

This isn't about condoning bad behavior. It's about understanding the flames within, learning to harness their heat, and maybe even turning them into something… useful, even beautiful. Like a blacksmith forging fiery passion into stunning art, or a chef channeling simmering anger into a soul-nourishing dish.

So, come on in, fellow rage-folk. Share your stories, your tips, your triumphs (and let's be honest, your fumbles too). We'll vent, we'll laugh, we'll learn, and maybe, just maybe, we'll transform the heat into something extraordinary.

Because here's the thing: Rage, like any powerful force, can be a catalyst for change. Let's turn up the heat together, not at each other, and see what we can cook up.

Ready to join the tribe at My Raging Persona? Share your story in the comments, and let's see what sparks fly!

We all go up and down the emotional tone scale (it is a scale). The thing is not to get stuck in a low emotion such as anger. One can be cause over ones own emotions. I learnt a lot of useful information about this in a book called "Science of Survival" by R Hubbard. Fascinating stuff.

”People are Emotional
When dealing with people, let us remember we are not dealing with creatures of logic. We are dealing with creatures of emotion, creatures bristling with emotion, and motivated by pride and vanity.
