Platform Label Printing Indicator is made using innovative systems which is a unique price computing and counting indicator with a special feature of automatic label printing if the weighed item is within pre-defined weight limits (checker function). Its capacity is up to 5000kg and resolution of up to 50,000 counts. Its working procedure is

· Read the programming manual.

· Input the header of the label through 16-button keypad on the machine.

· Select the option as required such as “Weight & Amount”, “Weight & Count”, “Weight” etc.

· Set the check limits of weight.

· Quit from the programming mode.

· Ensure that the thermal paper label role is loaded in the scale.

· Place the weight on the pan.

· If the weight in within the checker limits, buzzer starts beeping and label is printed immediately after the weight is stable.

· Label will not be printed if the weight is outside the checker limits.
