Although it may seem like Los Angeles has an endless summer it is not actually the case! Today, September 22nd is the official first day of fall also known as the autumnal equinox. The Southern hemisphere is gearing up for spring and here we welcome cooler temperatures and crisp nights.

With the shift of the seasons, schools in session, shorter days and the aromas of cinnamon and pumpkin spice in the air we welcome fall 2017! Here at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, we have some news to share. We have recently relocated our Beverly Hills office to Rodeo Drive!

There’s nothing quite like settling into a new space, making it your own and the fresh wave of energy a new environment can bring. Alas, change is in the air this season. Our new office is located on the ground level which results in much easier access and visibility, can we say, location, location, location? The office is across the street from the world famous Beverly Wilshire Hotel and less than one block to Wilshire Blvd. Being just two blocks from Beverly Drive, there’s an endless array of dining options and coffee shops (pumpkin spice latte anyone)?

Our new home features cutting-edge design, “elevated ceilings, expansive windows, and glass walls, which allow an abundance of natural light inside and encourage an environment of collaboration…”
