NMAT Notification is OUT!

NMAT 2020 is conducted by GMAC. The Exam Dates for NMAT Exam have been declared and the exam will be conducted in a 75-day window starting from 6th October 2020 to 19th December 2020. The registration for the same will start from 2nd July 2020 and go up to 5th October 2020. You can select the exam date of your choice as per your convenience. The early registration fee for the exam is INR 2000+ taxes. Payment can be made by either of the following modes:


  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Diners Club

NMAT by GMAC exam will be held in 58 test centres across 46 cities throughout India and 4 International Test centres. It is a computer-based test and has three sections – Language Skills, Quantitative Skills and Logical Reasoning. Each section will have 36 questions. Total Duration of NMAT Exam is 2 hours or 120 minutes. Time allotted for each section is different. 28 minutes will be allotted for Language skills section, 52 minutes for Quantitative skills section and 40 minutes for Logical Reasoning section. Candidates can select the order /sequence of the test sections as per their choice.

 

NMAT by GMAC exam is accepted by 38 MBA Institutes in India, South Africa, Nigeria and Philippines. NMAT by GMAC can be taken three times in a given testing year. With this the candidates have the opportunity to appear more than once and give your best. The best part of this exam is that there is no negative marking. If you are running short of time, you can make a guess and attempt all the questions and leave none of them unanswered.

 

On the day of the test, you need to arrive at the test centre at least 45 minutes before your test starts. You will need to carry a few important documents along with you – A confirmation email, admit card which you would have downloaded from the official site of NMAT by GMAC. You will also have to carry a valid photo ID and original signature ID in original.

 

Few tips for your preparation include working on time management, practise for being accurate along with maintaining speed, a strategy should be created in your mind, mock tests should be practised well before exam.

 

Once you appear for the test, post completion you will get your score card with scaled score for the sections and total for your NMAT Exam. An email will be sent to you once your score card is ready to download.
