  4. S&P/ASX All Ordinaries Index: This index is comprised of all publicly traded companies listed on the ASX, based on market capitalization. It is considered a broad market index, as it represents the entire Australian stock market.

The ASX indices are calculated and maintained by S&P Dow Jones Indices, a joint venture between S&P Global and the Dow Jones & Company. They are widely followed by investors and are used as benchmarks for the performance of the Australian stock market.
