Make Perfect Burgers With a Hamburger Patty Press

by SMAS SEO Blogger
Now that good weather is finally upon us, I can start planning a bunch of family cookouts and barbecues. These get-togethers are by far the best part of any spring or summer, because there’s just nothing better than hanging out on the deck eating great food, drinking cold beer, and enjoying each other’s company. This season I’ve even got a Teen Patti Joy App new weapon in my kitchen arsenal that will make our parties even better: a brand new hamburger patty press that I’ve been saving for the first cookout of the year.

I know a hamburger patty press isn’t very sexy as far as kitchen gadgets go, but at least I know I’ll get plenty of use out of it unlike the various juicers, slicers, and dicers cluttering up my cupboards. Plus, I paid less than $20 for the device at an online store, which was a pretty terrific deal considering some of the prices I saw at local shops for the exact same item.

Anyway, since i take my burgers so seriously, I did a lot of research before making my purchasing decision. There are a lot of different hamburger patty press devices on the market, and all of them are slightly different. You’d think a gadget like this would be rather straightforward, right? After all, it’s just pressing a hunk of ground beef into round patties. But there’s quite a bit of variety out there.

I decided to go with a hamburger patty press that had features I’d be sure to use. For example, the model I bought allows me to adjust the thickness of each burger from 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inches. This probably isn’t something you’d ordinarily consider, but I know from experience that there are times when a thicker or thinner burger is more desirable. My hamburger patty press also has an ejector spring that pops the finished patties out quickly and easily. I’ve seen other models that don’t have this feature, and let me tell you, it can get quite messy trying to scrape all that ground beef out of the machine!

Hamburger patty makers are available in different looks – you can have single hamburger makers as well as double hamburger makers. The price of this product varies between $25 and $40. Some models allow you to make one hamburger patty at a time. While other models allow you to make two at a time. There is another model that can make four patties at a time so you can choose the model according to your need.

The Burger Maker set can give you twelve burger patties in total. You are advised to take a pound of hamburger, flatten it on a tray and cut it into four different patties using the patty cutter which comes with the set. Once you have finished the cutting you can put the lid in place and store the container in any way. Since the lid is airtight you can put the container in a freezer or a microwave. The containers can also be washed in the dishwasher. The hamburger makers are very convenient to use.

Another product of this type is the Cuisinart Hamburger Patty Maker. You just have to put the hamburger into the container, press it down and your hamburger patty is ready. There is enough space on the handle in order to hold the maker. The containers can be piled up one on top of the other to keep the hamburger patties fresh. They can also be cleaned in a dishwasher. The benefit of using this hamburger maker is that it has a 5 year warranty.

When you want to lose weight, meat is one of the first food groups you will be cutting down on since you know it contains much fat. But if you want to keep the weight off afterwards, you need to find a diet plan that you can stick to in the long run, so it mustn’t be too restrictive. In most cases, choosing meat with lower fat content and using less fat in the cooking process will be sufficient to reduce calories.

For example, minced pork can contain up to 35% fat, whilst minced beef usually has a maximum of 20% fat. Instead of grabbing the next packet of minced meat, search for one that says “beef mince” or “lean mince”. Then, prepare this minced meat in a way that requires as little additional fat as possible, for example roast it in the pan without adding fat, cook meat balls in beef stock, or make a meat loaf in the oven. Also try this unusual way of making patties! You won’t need to add any fat, they come out just as crispy, and as a great bonus it will even save you time in cleaning up your kitchen because you won’t have oil splashing all over the show like when using your pan.
