There are many more squares in London, but some of the best ones are Leicester Square, Parliament Square, Berkeley Square, and Grosvenor Square.

The National Gallery is the most stunning looking building in London after the royal buildings like Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace. This National Gallery is one of the most affluent museums in the whole of the world which features thousands of paintings and otherworldly attractions. From the many highlights, some of the notable ones are cartoon sketch of Madonna and Child painted by Leonardo da Vinci, van Gogh's Sunflowers, Botticelli's Venus and Mars, and Michelangelo's The Entombment. Besides that, one of the oldest dwellers that still stands strong is the Victoria and Albert Museum. This building was founded in 1852, and it consists of more than 145 galleries. The exhibitions here include the textiles and costumes, ceramics and glass, silver and jewelry along with some artworks of sculpture, ironwork, and lots of photographs. The museums are open year-round; however, during peak seasons, you can make airline reservations in advance to London to get the best seats.

If you want to linger between the two Tates, Tate Britain, and Tate Modern, there can’t be a better place than the Millennium Bridge. You can walk across the mighty River Themes and get a heart-pumping view of the St. Paul's Cathedral located on Tate Britain. St. Paul's Cathedral is the most famous and the largest churches in the whole of London. The church has an impressive 365-foot dome and is considered a masterpiece in English architecture. If you are up for some adventure, you can climb the stairs of the church to the top of the dome and get an interesting view of the city and the river. Towards the other side, you will find the Tate Modern art gallery which has an amazing collection of artworks, plus a lovely cafe which offers a stunning panoramic view of the river. Another location to get a sight of the Royalty is at Westminster Abbey. Known as the Collegiate Church of St. Peter, this church holds an important part for the Royal Family since all of their weddings were held here.

In terms of nature, London has no shortage of them. While the major parts of the city consist of concrete buildings, there are parts that have amazing natural sites. Hyde Park is one such lovely place which highlights the Serpentine, an 18th-century human-made lake. Apsley House which was once the home of the first Duke of Wellington is also a major attraction in Hyde Park. Kew Gardens also known as Royal Botanic Gardens is a brilliant place to come to relax and unwind. You can find numerous plant species spread across 300-acres of land. Other interesting places you can visit while in London are Greenwich and Docklands, London Eye, Churchill's War Rooms, and Covent Garden.
