Press Brake Linear scale:

Linear is the principle in which things are arranged in sequential order uniformly to flow or to proceed further, with measuring sensors performing the duty of scale. When this principle acts as a transducer (converts one form of energy to another) in Industrial designed machines like press brake on both sides. The retrofit part becomes a linear transducer. Elmec offers a wide range of linear displacement transducers with linear sensors from 30mm to infinite length under resisting & magnetic encoding method. These linear scale sensors are used in Industrial machines like press bench, plastic injection moulding, hydraulic press, sheet metal working & CNC machines.

Elmec’s Resistive linear position transducers come with LPT, LPC, LPH, LPH & LPS models based on range & capacity mechanism. Electronic Resistive linear position sensors comes with ELPT, ELPC & ELPM models & magnetic linear incremental position sensors comes with MLI, MLC, MLIP & MLR models.

Linear Potentiometer:

A Potentiometer is a measuring instrument used to measure voltage or electric potential using a voltage divider. A linear potentiometer is the same which produces resistance output based on the displacement or movement of the wiper or slider. Elmec offers these linear potentiometers with ELPT, ELPC & ELPM models. These potentiometers are integrated part of sensory modules in Industrial machines, to have a check and regulated flow of electric power or voltage. Applies to all sort of Industrial machines with its importance tied to gauge of electric power applied.

Draw Wire Encoder:

The draw wire encoder can also be called as a two-phase incremental optical rotary encoder, which is used to measure output by the wire draw mechanism connected to an encoder. The rotation of the drum proportionates the length being measured, which is connected to the encoder to ensure the positioning in a linear path. Elmec offers MRI 50 & MRI 50F, MRIE 50 & MRIE 50F for incremental output. MRA 50 & MRA 50F for absolute output. MRV 50 & MRV 50F for absolute voltage output and PRI 50 xx for rotary incremental position encoders. The absolute draw wire encoders have a range of 380 PPR to 5000 PPR, with RPM works up to 10000. Linear encoders with 30mm to infinite in length and a reading speed of 2 meters/second. Our Encoders works under the principle of Magnetic encoding with wide output option of TTL, Open collector, Voltage output. These sensors are widely used in Plastic injection moulding machine, Hydraulic press, Sheet metal working machines, General CNC machines and etc.
