Difference between Express Entry British Columbia and Skills Immigration BC program –

While EEBC is an online application process, Skills Immigration program is a paper application process. For EEBC program, the application and documents can be submitted online and for skills immigration program, physical papers need to be mailed to the IRCC.

Applicants who apply under EEBC, can do so under Skill Levels O, A and B, while applicants who apply under Skills Immigration program, can apply under skill levels O, A, B, C and D.

Under EEBC, applicants need to fulfill the 5 factors for the applicant to be chosen for further processing of the application. This includes age, education, experience, language efficiency and adaptability. However, under Skills Immigration program, few categories do not need the applicants to have prior experience.
