Know about causes and types of piles and fissures

The most common causes of anal pain are fissures. A person who suffers from fissures suffers from severe anal pain. The pain increases after bowel movements. There could be bleeding with defecation. Piles, fissures are called as anorectal disorders. Their occurrence is very common these days. More and more people suffer from these ailments. They also feel embarrassed and do not try to get treatment from the doctor.


People can opt for the prevention of these orders. They suffer from these disorders due to unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits. Piles fissures can be treated with medication.


Piles:


When a person suffers from swellings inside and around the anus and anal canal. This is called as piles. The reasons for them to suffer from long-term constipation, stress on the abdomen for long periods, cough and pregnancy.  If a person does not have a strong liver, they are more likely to suffer from piles. If there is a lot of pressure involved in the anus, this results in inflammation of tissues and person has to suffer from piles.


There can be two types of piles. They are internal piles and external piles.


Internal Piles: Internal piles lie inside the rectum. They occur because some tissues in the rectum are swelled. They are not painful. The bleeding during defecation is the sign that they are there.


External Piles: They have more pain and bleeding as compared to internal bleeding.


Fissure:


Fissure is another type of ailment related to the anus. It has the same symptom of bleeding. This happens if there is a small tear at the opening of the tissue.


The main reason for a patient to suffer from fissures is constipation. If a patient puts a lot of pressure while passing stool.


Fistula:


If there are tubular organs between two Epithelial tissues, they are called as fistula. Fistula can get formed anywhere on the body. The most common is the anal fistula. People who suffer from obesity have more chances to suffer from fistula. When somebody suffers from fistula, small pimples are formed on the anal skin. These pimples tend to swell and pus peeps from these pimples.They impact the lifestyle of an individual in a huge way. The major causes of fistula are obesity, sitting in the same place for a long time and people who suffer from constipation.


The confirmation tests for fistula are CBP, ENR, Fistulograph, MRI, CT Scan and Colonoscopy. Piles fissure can be treated with surgery.



Preventive measures:


Fistulas can be saved from preventive measures like intake of protein food, fiber food, less intake of vegetarian food, regular or daily litter and obesity.


Utmost care needs to be taken if one suffers from these ailments. There are some home remedies as well to cure piles naturally. If the piles are not very severe, they can be treated at home. Sometimes, they get treated on their own. Proper medication should be taken if these ailments increase in severity.
