by Angela Carter designer

Jump ManualThe Jump Manual is a 12 week vertical jump program designed to increase vertical jump height by around 10-20 inches. The Jump Manual was written by Jacob Hiller whose an athletic coach that trains NBA players, Olympic athletes and professional dunkers. It consists primarily of plyometric and strength exercises that are designed to significantly improve explosiveness and bounce. It is an all-around training routine that not only increases vertical jump but also improves conditioning, strength and athleticism. This guide will show you the proper techniques to apply to every factor affecting your ability to jump and stay fit. You will be guided in your choices involving nutrition, exercises, and even discipline to maximize your results.Jump Manual

The Jump Manual is composed of a 2 week cycle that is repeated over 6 times to complete the 12 weeks. Each of the 14 days are broken down into different training sessions that are in a workout chart. The workout chart lists all the exercises that are to be done each day. Many programs focus on just one or two factors of vertical jumping but this manual targets it all; it’s the only program that takes a multi-faceted approach to the process. From the get go, the system encourages readers to focus on correct training methods, resistance training, flexibility, techniques eating right and many other aspects of decent training. The system is made up of three main parts. The first part is a workout chart, Jacob Hiller’s The Jump Manual comes with a complete workout chart showing you how to get the maximum effectiveness from your workout. There is also a complete training video library that will show you exactly how the exercises and stretches are to be done.Jump Manual

You don’t spend time doing useless exercises. All the workouts and exercises have been listed in order and made as efficient as possible so you don’t spend time doing worthless exercises. Jump Manual also provides important nutritional advice and explains the 9 variables (including flexibility, balance, form, and more) affect your explosion potential and your ability to jump. Your purchase of the Jump Manual provides you with access to “The Jumpers Forum” where you can share ideas with other athletes as well as one-on-one email coaching and support (although this may be available for a limited number of participants). A 24/7 support line, manned by actual coaches, that guarantee answers within12 hours or less on every question. If you have the time to dedicate to this course and are willing to put in some effort then this program will be a great investment. It is the best jumping program I have seen so far and is guaranteed to produce results.

==================================

When I was young, I ran under the telephone poles after school and listened to Yuan Kuocheng and Shan Tianfang's storytelling for half an hour. Now, you try to tell me a half-hour story? How many people can you hear from the beginning? What's more, it's still a hundred days, half an hour a day. Difficult.

The pace of life of people nowadays is accelerating, and their attitude and aesthetics towards stories are different. In the past, you could tell a long story slowly, but foreign media surveys show that listeners and viewers will enter at any time and leave at any time. This posed a challenge to our past "linear logic". We couldn't see the eyebrows when we entered halfway through, and we immediately changed channels.

The needs of the audience have changed, and the storyteller must adapt to this change.
A good story, with people and humanity, suspense and logic, and one very important item-details. Good details will bring the listener into the story again when he is tired.

For example, people usually get a headache when they hear the three words "main melody", and the topic is too big! What if you turn a big topic into a story and introduce some details?

Qian Mu has a nephew. He was admitted to Tsinghua University in 1931, ranking first in Chinese and history. His name is Qian Weichang.

After Qian Wei grew up in Tsinghua University, Chen Yinke hoped that he would study history, and Wen Yiduo and Zhu Ziqing hoped that he would study literature. However, on the second day of enrollment, the "September 18" Incident broke out. Qian Wei couldn't sleep for a long time. He felt that studying history and literature could not save the destiny of the nation. He thought about it, and felt that only by learning to build tanks and strengthening his own strength can the country slowly become better.

You have to learn physics to build a tank. Qian Weichang told the school the next day, I want to learn physics! The teacher opened the transcript and looked at it, and was happy: 100 points for Chinese and history, 5 points for physics, and 20 points for math plus chemistry. Do you dare to learn physics after passing the test?

Because Qian Weichang's attitude is very determined, the school reached an agreement with him: to study for a year in the physics department. If one year later, the physics score can reach 70 points, then continue to study, fail to reach the Chinese department.

Qian Weichang agreed. When he graduated, his grade was first in the physics department.

Almost everyone burst into tears after hearing this story. Is this the main theme? of course! But there are no slogans, no slogans, only people, stories, and details.

Zheng Xiaoying, a famous female conductor in the 1950s, was sent to Moscow’s Tchaikovsky Conservatory for further studies shortly after becoming a mother.

finally graduated, she became the first female conductor in the Soviet Union to enter the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall to conduct opera. On the day of the performance, she clipped a picture of the child with a smile on the last page of the sheet music. When the last note was over, Zheng Xiaoying had been watching the last page of the music score with tears in his eyes, amidst the thunderous applause of the audience for several minutes, and the child in the photo was also looking at her with a smile.

Can stories like this catch people? Of course! Without details, how can your story be convincing and appealing?

This is an era of mobile internet. Everyone has a screen. This screen belongs to himself. What an individual sees on the screen is privacy, sacred and inviolable.

You can no longer order or ask others to listen to and watch the content you want to broadcast. The initiative of communication has been tilted to the audience, and the communicator is more in a situation of being selected. This requires that you can only increase your own charm, attractiveness and credibility, and let others voluntarily choose to see your things. If you don't understand this, you will really be out.

Learning to tell stories is not new thinking, but common sense. I hope everything is too late!
