Pertaining to his early career, Jarrod
received his Bachelor of Arts in musical theatre from the well-renowned Western
Australia Academy of Performing Arts. It is a division of Edith Cowen
University in Perth, Western Australia. After pursuing his graduation, he went
on to perform in many of the successful stage productions across the world and
while he was in London, he performed in many stage shows including Cats as
Munkustrap, Grease as Danny Zuko, Phantom of the Opera as Raoul, and Vicomte de
Chagny as well. In addition to this, he performed as Steve Baker in Show Boat in
a hall namely London’s Royal Prince Albert Hall.
As a famous director Jarrod Carland has also gained recognition for finding Studio Jack,
a creative design studio, based in St. Kilda, Melbourne. He found it in 2008, while
he was producing Avenue Q Australia. With passage of time, he created exceptionally
attractive and stylish visuals across various mediums for serving various
purposes of his business. These purposes include visuals for
marketing campaigns, artistic projects and branding purposes.
Jarrod’s Studio Jack is widely recognized for its passionate arts and true commitment for providing exemplary services and outcomes to his clients. This studio is based out of the Melbourne suburb of Prahran and since inception has developed and executed national marketing campaigns for his top tier clients in Australia particularly in Sydney and Melbourne. Jarrod Carland is undoubtedly passionate about culture and as a performer, he also moved to New York in his career and worked under Laura Green in on Broadway in general management. Not only this, he worked on a range of high-profile productions which includes The Producers, Hairspray and The New Mel Brooks Musical: Young Frankenstein. In 2008, he toured over the entire Australia and New Zealand as an assistant producer on Andrea Bocelli in Concert.
