The 32L fuel tank capacity provides a fuel economy of 25 km/liter.

The iQ’s transmission housing is located at the front of the engine with a compact and high-mounted steering rack and air conditioning unit which is placed behind the central dashboard area. It allows the passenger on the front to sit forward to increase the back seat space.
