All the shops must have a manager. When you start playing Idle Coffee Corp, the tutorial will teach you how to hire one. However, you may forget to hire managers for other branches. You need to note that the money earned will not get collected unless you hire a manager. This means that if you do not have a manager, then you will not earn anything. Also, you need to upgrade the managers from time to time. This will boost their walking and loading time along with their capacity.

You can also claim a speed boost by tapping on the Manager Boost button located at the left-hand side.

As you set up more cafe branches, you will be able to unlock more kinds of coffee. You need to ensure that all the kinds of coffee you own are put on display. Do not display the same kind of coffee more than once. When customers walk into your cafe, they will look for the coffee they want to have. In case it is not on display, then they will walk out of the cafe dissatisfied.

The board at the back of the baristas displays the kind of coffee the cafe is presently serving. Tap on the locked coffee type for unlocking it. The newer the coffee type is, the most expensive will it be. Hence, you will be able to earn more money. Apart from this, you should also unlock new stations as and when they are available. This will enable you to see various kinds of coffee simultaneously.

After unlocking any coffee type in the game, you can upgrade the coffee type/s start rating via Research. The research will cost you coins and a bit of time. The research time increases as the star rating goes higher. For instance, it takes up to half an hour to research a star. For a couple of stars, the time is one hour, and when it comes to three stars, the time is four hours. To decrease the research time, you can play a video ad.
