In fact, it is the foundation stone of this unique process of training in the workplace that boosts productivity. •  Not as much of labor hours

•  Lesser number of workplace disputes

•  Transferring of knowledge from experienced workers to the newly joined inexperienced workers.

Being flourished in the past, TWI is seen as traditional and outdated with the latest working environment of these days. However, fortunately, Training Within the Industry is still relevant in nowadays workplaces.
 
Nevertheless, the constricted labor market has reduced the use of the TWI program. Further chances of finding skilled candidates have been decreased due to the large numbers of openings job seekers get. Another problem is workers getting old, Baby Boomers are retiring and taking their bag of talents with them.
