How to Troubleshoot Kyocera Printer Error Code C6000?

Kyocera Printers developed and designed by the Kyocera Document Solutions Corporation. The company manufactured a wide variety of printers, MFPs, and toner which are sold by them in different countries. They earned their owned reputation by offering the best quality services and products to their users.

Well, printers which are offered by the Kyocera contains amazing features, but same with other devices, it also throws an error code while users are working with this printer. Many users have reported about this error code C6000. However, these error codes are known for higher risk errors. Alternatively, a low-level error code can be solved just by restarting the printer. But this high-level risk needs to be reset by pressing some keys in a particular sequence. Usually, the error code C6000 is a fuser error.

Causes of Kyocera Printer Error Code C6000

Nevertheless, there are many causes by which the error occurs. Some are discussed below:

  • Occurs due to low and high voltage issue.
  • Due to Broken thermistor wire.
  • Unstable power source.
  • Due to poor contact in the thermistor connector terminals.
  • Broken heater lamps or incomplete installation.

Solutions to Troubleshoot Kyocera Error Code C6000

Before continuing with the below-given steps, let you know that these below-given errors are more time-consuming and more difficult. Therefore, if you are using the steps in the same sequence as given below, this will prevent errors and unwanted damages. Here how to do it:

Method-1:

  1. Make sure that the type of the DF which is started and afterward replace it enable and disable. There are higher chances that you incorrectly determine something in it.
  2. Ensure that you have initiated the right type of the firmware in the device. If not the right one introduced, start choosing the right one.
  3. After that, verify the saddle association between the DSIPB and DFCB.
  4. Then, confirm saddle association between the MFPB and DSIPB, and next introduce it correctly.
  5. Finally, replace the DSIPB, DFCB, and the MFPB.

If still, the error code C6000 persists, we suggest you follow the next method.

Method-2:

  1. Turn off the Kyocera printer by pressing the ‘On/Off button on the printer display screen.
  2. Leave printer idle for at least 5 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes, turned it on by pressing On/Off tab in the printer.

Check if the error is fixed if persists follow the next method.

Method-3: Resetting the Fuser

  1. Firstly, launch the top cover of the printer and turn on the Power switch.
  2. Click on the ‘System’ menu or ‘Counter’ option.
  3. Now, scroll the list and choose ‘Services’ option.
  4. Next, long press the ‘Start’ tab, press # and hit the ‘Enter’ keys.
  5. Drop down the menu, choose ‘Maintenance’ option.
  6. Click on the ‘Enter’ key to open it.
  7. After that, drop down the maintenance window and select Sim163.
  8. Click the ‘Enter’ key.
  9. Then, pick ‘Execute’ option and hit Enter.
  10. Lastly, turn off the power switch and again turn on.
  11. Check the error code C6000 is fixed.
