How to Replace Ink and Toner Cartridges of HP Printer?

HP is one of the most promising and leading printers manufacturing brand. HP printers are easy to install and operate. However, many HP printer owners do not have the proper knowledge to replace ink and toner cartridges inside their printers. Here are some simple steps to replace HP ink and toner cartridges.

  

Open the printer cover: Firstly, you have to open the cover of HP printer very carefully. You should also press down the power button for turning on the machine.

Take out the old ink cartridge: After opening the cover, you need to take out the old ink cartridge from the machine. So, firstly press the cartridge down and remove it from the carriage. If you would like to replace black cartridge then remove it from a right slot or if you want to replace the tri-color cartridge then take it out from left.

Install the new cartridge: In this step, you need to unpack the new ink cartridge that you have purchased from ink cartridge supplier and then carefully take out the protective tape from it. After that, you need to properly hold the ink cartridge and place inside the carriage. Tri-color cartridge is placed on the left of cartridge and the black cartridge is placed on the right of the carriage. After installing close the cover.

      

Open the printer top cover: At first, you need to lift the assembly of your HP printer and then open the printer cover properly.

Remove the old toner cartridge: In this step, you need to take out the old toner cartridge from the printer. While removing the old cartridge, do not damage any other components inside the printer. The entire process you need to do with patience and care.

Unpack the new toner cartridge: Once you have removed the old toner cartridge, you have to unpack the new toner cartridge which you have purchased from a reputable toner cartridge supplier in Sydney. Meanwhile, keep the removed cartridge inside a bag to recycle. After that, you have to find the orange clip of a new cartridge and then take it out from the cartridge by pulling upward. 

Install the cartridge: Now, gently rock the cartridge and carefully take out the sealing tape from it. After that, you just align the cartridge and properly place inside the printer. Finally, close the printer cover.

In this way, you can easily replace the ink and toner cartridges in HP printers. These are an extremely easy process. However, don’t damage the other component of printers while replacing the cartridges. Entire work you need to do carefully.
