How to Operate the Plastic Crusher Correctly?

Plastic Crusher is a common machine in plastic extrusion production line. Sometimes you may come up against several problems, and the Plastic Crusher works worse than before. Or the quality of plastic product can't meet the required. What's the problem? The reason is that you may operate the Plastic Crusher improperly. Below are some tips on how to handle it correctly and safely. Hope you can get some useful information from them.

Correct operation of Plastic Crusher

(1) Check the Plastic Crusher thoughtfully before starts it. You must make sure that the electrical system runs normally. Then make sure that the operational control system is sensitive or reliable.

(2) When the temperature of each part is up to set value, you can start the main electric motor. Then press the starting switch of host machine.

(3) Don't add too many materials before start operating. Meanwhile, keep an eye out for the condition of host machine's ammeter and other instruction sheets.

(4) Cool down the extrudate slowly after extruding the product. Then start and use the plastic recycling machine and stock mould. According to the appearance of extrudate, you can know whether it's up to standard. If it can't meet the demand, adjust the temperature of cylinder or rotating speed of screw will be helpful.

(5) After finishing your work, switch off the power supply and clean up the waste materials to keep the extruder clean and tidy.

(6) Don't add materials which are of poor quality, or contain the metal or cement, for it's likely to aggravate the abrasion of screw and cylinder, or it may lead to damaging the screw or cylinder.

(7) Be sure that the hydraulic fluid that you use is clean. Moreover, provide the oil cooler with enough cooling water as requested. In case that hydraulic components or pipe gets damaged by high temperature or inferior oil. In addition, remember to add the enough oil for reducer.

(8) For the sake of your safety, don't touch the feed port, discharge hole, belt and gear during running.

(9) Pay attention to fire safety and electrical safety. Prepare a flame arrester, and put it near the equipment.
