To-do lists are helpful for making sure you don’t forget anything, but beyond that, they can be misleading.


2.     Set goals and rewards


Setting your goal is crucial for planning your day , by setting your goals you can set proper target, before deciding your objectives you have to look deep inside and decide if you want to achieve those things and in working your ambitions can help you maximize your productivity, help you to see the bigger picture, help you to do as many things as possible in 2 your 4 hours also after every goal you achieve  you can reward yourself, these rewards can go from sweets to food. Or to spend some me time by watching videos or movies.


3.     Prioritize your task & Become Productively Efficient


Sometimes you can’t do everything or you don’t have enough time to time to do it, that’s why it is important to set your priority. And the effective way is to do is manage your priorities by dividing them into the categorize. i.e. Important and urgent- tasks that need to be done right away and Important but not urgent. doing this will give your better view on your task and which one needs to be done first

At first sight, delegation can feel like more hassle than it's worth, however by delegating effectively, you can hugely expand the amount of work that you can deliver.

When you arrange the workload so that you are working on the tasks that have the highest priority for you, and other people are working on meaningful and challenging assignments, you have a recipe for success

Deadlines are essential for the smooth running of your organization. There are many techniques to monitor the flow of work of a team efficiently. They keep work flowing, and ensure that everyone is working to an agreed end date. Your own attitude and mindset play crucial roles, too. Think positively, make good use of your time, and don't get bogged down in the time planning phase.

Keep your phone away from you or off to avoid distractions from your most important task


10. Schedule your day ahead


Research shows that having concrete goals is correlated with huge increases in confidence and feelings of control. Setting goals specific to the day puts everything into motion


11. Learn how to say no (Do you have the time or not)


There’s an endless list of ways that you could spend your time. This means that you must learn to say no to the things that aren’t aligned with your priorities.


12. Take breaks and unwind before sleep


This can look different to each of us. However, what's most important is to separate yourself from your work and de-stress. This time is ideal for a walk-in nature, eating some healthy food, making a green juice, finding funny materials to get some laughs in, or listening to an audiobook to stay inspired.
