·        Spring roll wrappers ten

·        Spring onions thinly sliced a pair of

·        Onion thinly sliced one medium

·        Carrots remove skinny strips a pair of medium

·        Green bush remove skinny strips one medium

·        Cabbage finely sliced 1/2 little

·        Oil a pair of tablespoon

·        Salt to taste

·        White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

·        Soy sauce one tablespoon

·        Bean sprouts 3/4 cup

·        Spring onion greens cut a pair of stalks

·        cornstarch one tablespoon


  Method of Veg Roll

·            Step 1

  To make the stuffing, heat a pair of tbsps oil in an           exceedingly non stick pan. Add onion, spring onions, carrots, capsicum, cabbage and salt and toss.

·         Step 2
Add pepper powder and condiment and blend. Add bean sprouts and onion greens and blend. Cook until the vegetables soften.

·         Step 3
