How to Fix WordPress Database Connection Error?

The database connection error in WordPress is pretty annoying and frustrating. It frequently appears from time to time when it comes up you can't get into the front of your website or your WordPress admin area. One of the common problems is the login information for the database is incorrect. Do you know what is happening here?
