To renew the printing quality you can follow the given steps which guide you to fix poor printing quality in your Printer.

Step1. Check the paper quality

The quality or type of paper affects the job of the printer. Make sure you are using a suitable paper for your print job. Don’t use paper that is designed only for inkjet printers as well as doesn’t use rough paper.

After loading the suitable paper in the tray, try to print. If the problem is still, continue to the next step.

Step 2. Check the Economode setting

If all pages are too dark and too light then check the EconoMode setting. HP printer does not recommend the full-time use of EconoMode. If the EconoMode is used full time, the toner supply will outlast the mechanical parts in the toner cartridge.

Go to the print option to print the document.

  • Right-click on the printer, then depending on the program, the key might be properties, options, printer, setup, printer, or preferences.

  • Hit the paper tab/ then locate the printer quality area

  • If the pages are too light use these settings- choose the FastRes 1200 option, clear the EconoMode checkbox to disable it. Also Read: How to Connect HP printer to Wi-Fi Router?
