  • First of all, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc altogether to open up the Task Manager.
  • Now, choose the Processes tab inside Task Manager section.
  • After that, scroll through the list of Apps And Background Processes.
  • Now, Right-click on the End Task on everything that is not important for the functionality of your computer.
  • After closing each and every unnecessary app and process, modify the permission again, and the issue will be resolved.

By changing the Owner to users

  • First of all, choose the folder or file you are facing any issue with.

By Performing DISM & SFC scans

  • Press Windows Key + R to open up the Run dialog box.
  • Type ‘cmd’ in it and press Ctrl + Shift + enter to open up an elevated Command Prompt window.
  • Click on Yes to give admin access.
  • Inside the elevated prompt command, type the command ‘sfc /scannow’ to run an SFC scan.
  • After the scan is finished, restart the system, and the issue will be resolved.
