How to file a consumer case in Ranchi Consumer Court?

In our everyday lives, we often purchase goods or services, both online and offline. However, sometimes these transactions don't go as planned, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction with the support provided by the seller or service provider. If you find yourself in such a situation, where you've exhausted all avenues of resolving your complaint, you have the option to take legal action by filing a consumer case in Ranchi Consumer Court.

Step 4 Retain evidence of delivery acknowledgment, similar as a delivery receipt or acknowledgment from the opposing party.

If you don't receive a satisfactory response or resolution after sending the legal notice, you can escalate the matter by filing a case in Ranchi  Consumer Court. Here is how you can file a case in the consumer court?

Once you submit the case, the court will take some time in approving the submission. Once a case if filed you will get a unique Case number through which you can check the progress of your consumer case in consumer court.
