How much does a professional declutterer and organiser cost?

Professional Decluttering and Organising

The hourly rate for an organiser to work with you in your home is from £30 per hour (if you live in London, it’s from £40 per hour). If you book packages of hours, you will benefit from the reduced hourly rate.

Weekend or evening sessions may be charged at a premium.

Deposits may be required ahead of sessions and the cancellation policy will be made clear in the working agreement.

Productivity/Life Coaching
Any support will be bespoke to you and will be charged at an hourly rate (from £30 per hour depending on whether support is virtual/your location/the number of hours support required).

PA work
Again your sessions will be tailored to you and your requirements and will be charged at an hourly rate (from £25 per hour).

Home Staging/Styling
An assessment and advice session of up to three hours without a written report is from £200.

An assessment session with a full professionally written report covering the whole house, room by room is from £350. This includes details of local contractors and specific suggestions to suit your budget.

Additional services such as sourcing and managing contractors, shopping services and decluttering and organising work are charged at the standard hourly rate. Email info@atidymind.co.uk to inquire about home staging.

Travel Costs
A Tidy Mind is happy to travel up to 20 miles free of charge (10 miles in London). It is not usually a problem to travel further, but any trip over 40 miles in total may be charged at 45p per mile.

Recycling, Donating and Waste Disposal
Should you require help with this, items can be taken to the charity shops for you as well as various local projects. The shredding of paperwork can also be done for you. You will be assisted in all areas of waste disposal, reuse, and recycling. There may be a charge to dispose of waste. All our organisers have registered waste carriers.

Materials/Storage
Various organising materials are used i.e. labels, files, drawer dividers, cable tidy, storage boxes, clothes hangers. Inexpensive materials are included in the hourly rate; however, some larger items, are available for you to buy from A Tidy Mind should you prefer to do this rather than source them yourself.
