How long does it take to update a Tata Power DDL electricity bill?

It is advised that customers stay inside their homes, and use online platforms to pay their bills. Customers can pay through 

Credit / Debit Card / Net-Banking / NACH / RTGS / NEFT, Cheque / Demand draft / Mobile wallets. 

 

In case you’re paying through check please write it in favor of “Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd CA No. XXXXXXXXXXX" or "TPDDL CA NO XXXXXXXXXXX". 

 

All types of Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable for bill payment. Master/Visa cards/Diners are accepted for making bill payments (Diners cards are accepted only at our website). 

 

One can also make online payment by simply going to our website at www.tatapower-ddl.com,  you have to choose the “Pay your bill online” option at the home page. 

 

Further, you can also pay through any options like Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards or Prepaid Cards like ITZ Cash or Oxicash available on TPDDL website. To know the terms and conditions, please. 

 

In case you’ve made the payment and want to check up on previous payment details. If you want to know about the payments or any other details related to a connection, customers are welcome to register their CA. no with www.tatapower-ddl.com. Once the registration is done, customers can log in to his account and select the options as needed like Account Information, Billing Details, Consumption details, Payment History and Duplicate bill. 

 

Also, customers can get the last 5 payment details by sending the following SMS TO 56070: "TPDDL PMNT XXXXXXXXXXX" (X denotes 11 digits. Coming back to the main question, the online payment shall be updated within 4 hours of payment and will reflect as you log in using your CA no.
