- Exercise moderately every day to boost your circulation and metabolism. You can do brisk walking, biking, yoga or swimming for at least 30 minutes a day.

- Get enough sleep and rest to allow your body to heal and regenerate. Aim for at least 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep every night.
