Gym Box Ealing Accounces New Gong Bath Sessions For Deep Relaxation Seekers.

by PRC Agency PR

I'm excited to announce that Have Your Magic's Nicole Harvey has just announced her new "Gonged Out" Sound Healing Sessions at Gym Box Ealing - which are being held every Friday at 15 Dickens Yard W5 2TD until the end of December 2019.

I can safely say that those seeking deeper body relaxation in West London need look no further than Nicole Harvey's new "Gonged Out" - Gong Therapy event which promises a chance to go deeper into peaceful brainwave states and deep body relaxation. These restorative Sound Healing sessions are being held in collaboration with Gym Box and have been scheduled every Friday until the end of December 2019.

Have Your Magic Founder, Nicole Harvey will personally lead each of the events which follow on from her successful wellbeing activities and Gong Baths with for Soho House, The Getahead Festival and a recent feature on BBC Radio London.

Nicole is now delighted to be extending the reach of her Gong Therapy in collaboration with Gym Box Ealing. The "Gonged Out" sessions provide an opportunity to experience Sound Healing with a Gong Bath whilst cradled in a hammock. This groundbreaking idea continues on from the popularity of ariel pilates. If you have enough time, you can extend your ariel pilates class and choose to go deeper into peaceful brainwave states and deep body relaxation. You can book for ‘Cocoon’ a low impact ariel yoga class and stay on for the restorative power of ‘Gonged Out’. But be warned... It's seriously relaxing!

The Gong is a sacred instrument which has been a healing focus for thousands of years. It brings an ancient and powerful healing method for the ultimate de-stress. New research has even shown that as brainwaves deepen into theta and delta states, the body releases tension, and blood quality improves, becoming more oxygenated and providing the immune system with a boost. It is widely considered to be an excellent tonic for anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Full details on the event can be found on Nicole's website at https://www.haveyourmagic.com.

When asked about her reasons behind creating this event, the host, Sound Healing specialist, Nicole Harvey said:

"Sound Healing is a highly effective tonic to today’s non stop digi-stress. Today in 2019 it is becoming mainstream in London and rapidly spreading nationwide. In just one week, I've seen Gong Baths have featured in national newspapers and on the “This Morning’ TV Show. But it's not enough to read about it. It's something you simply have to experience to fully understand."

The Have Your Magic website has full details about the sessions at this year's event. Anyone interested can visit the website at: https://www.haveyourmagic.com.
