Go to the Google sign-in help page and select the option to recover the account by phone call.

If you select "Call by phone", you'll be asked to enter your phone number.

After you give the phone number, click the Continue button.

You will receive a phone call at the registered phone number for verification.

Once verified, you'll have the option to reset a new password for your Google Account.

Follow the instructions on the screen to set and save a new password.
