Registration is mandatory and it is required for all the Food Business Operator
(FBO) involved in the small-scale food business. The FSSAI Food License is
issued by the food authority of India to ensure the safety of food products
manufactured by various food Business operators in India. As per the law of
Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006, any food business operator in India to
regulate the manufacturing, processing, storing and distributing of food needs
to get FSSAI license to ensure availability of safe food for human daily
consumption.
To maintain
the quality of food level is mandatory to ensure the safety and satisfaction to
each and every customer of food business operators. FSSAI Registration plays an
important role in formulating the controlling procedures. Homemade food or
Hotel food each and every Food Business Operator is required to get a Food
License or registration.
