Seaway is the most usable and
most common type of route of transportation of the shipment. The UK is
surrounded by seawater and has many well-developed ports. China shipped its product
through the sea. Seaway can carry a large amount of consignment with less cost.
Transportation through the sea is carried out in two different ways one is Sea
FCL and the second one is Sea LCL. Seaway consumed much more time then Airway.
Seaway takes about 42 to 60 days to reach the UK from China. But if someone made an advanced booking for
transport through the sea it can reduce time.
Airway
The airway is faster than then
Seaway and most expensive type of Transportation of shipment. Airway connects
the UK to another part of the world. The airway is faster and consumes less
time than seaway. Seaway has drawbacks that it cannot carry a large amount of
consignment and very expensive. The airway is two types, one is Normal Airway
and another is Express Airway. In an expressway consignment reach in very
little time, about 4 to 5 days but the size of the consignment is much less
than normal airway and Normal airway takes about 5 to 18 days. The cost can
vary from 1055$ to 1170$ as per China to
Australia shipping time.
