You can earn by surfing other members sites in a Traffic Exchange and get paid for it (better than in a PTC), as an investor or by referring others.. So, to make it short:

You have: 10 Points
The Total Amount in the Surf Pool from yesterday is $100.
Define Amount per a Point = $100/300 = $0.33
You will get paid from the Surf Pool = 10x$0.33 = $3.30 for that day.
So, the more you surf - the more you earn here.
