Condition 2: The user has not connected to data through a third- party application.

1)      First of all, the user has to sign in to QuickBooks as admin.

2)      Now, (for Windows 7, 8 and Vista)

Go to the C: Drive > Program Data > Microsoft > Windows > Start menu > Program > Startup

(for Windows XP)

Go to C: Drive > Documents & Settings > All users > Start menu > Program > Startup

3)      Next, the user needs to format the QuickBooks web connector files.

4)      Finally, restart the system and open QuickBooks.

 

Condition 3: The user has connected the company data with the third party application via web connector.

1)      Firstly, shut down QuickBooks and web connector.

2)      Now, follow the path C: Drive > Program Data > Intuit.

3)      Select QBWebConnector > log.

4)      Now, it’s the turn to rename the QBWCLOG.TXT file to QBWCLOGOLD.TXT.

5)      Reopen the Web Connector and reboot the system.

6)      At last, open QuickBooks and login to the third-party application.

1)      First, open Run by pressing Windows + R keys.

2)      In the box, type MSConfig and click on OK.


3)      On the Startup tab, after the System Configuration window opens.
