2.     Editing is vital. You may shoot a great video but it does not guarantee that your recruitment challenges are met. The attention span of an online audience is close to one minute. You need to make sure that you edit your video in such a way that the prospective employee is hooked onto the video. The content should be edited in such a way that it speaks to the prospective employee and motivates him to send in that resume.

3.    Content is important. Your recruitment video will feature your employees and everyone knows that no employee will bad mouth their own company or warn off the prospective employee, if he wants to continue working. So, waxing praises about a company are expected from current employees in the video. As a company, you need to make sure that video features a script which is genuine and not made up. You will be able to meet your recruitment challenge better through such videos if the prospective employee feels that the words said about the company are true and genuine as opposed to fake and made up.
