Empowerment Coach Keyva Hester is Empowering Women Around the World to Win

Keyva Hester is a world-renowned personal empowerment life coach, entrepreneur, mentor, author, speaker, and mompreneur who decided to just go for it. Growing up in Cairo, Georgia, she knew from a young age that she wanted to be an entrepreneur. At the age of 9 everything around her started to crumble after her mother got ill. She had to learn to take care of herself, and at the same time, watch her mother still provide for the family through it all. Her mother became her biggest inspiration, and she learned the skills needed to really run a business.

Keyva joined the U.S. Army with expectations of growing mentally, physically, and generating income. She also took advanced coursework and certification programs to grow academically. Upon discharge she was able to secure employment, generating almost a six-figure income at only 26-years-old. After experiencing the corporate world and all it had to offer, Keyva decided it was time to begin her entrepreneurial journey. She began working on her business on the side, selling products, and honing her marketing skills. 

Keyva then launched her life coaching program, Finding You Coaching & Development, which helps hundreds of women around the world acknowledge and identify the obstacles holding them back from living a life of fulfillment and purpose. She coaches and guides them on a path to personal and professional growth and discovery. Her goal is to empower women to change their lives with the use of her professional coaching tools and methods. Her clients have been through a lot in life, and the one thing that is common amongst these individuals is that some feel hopeless. By teaching them how to develop a happy and healthy lifestyle, she helps them acknowledge and identify the obstacles holding them back and works with them to begin the healing process.

Keyva is committed to helping as many women as possible on their journey to self-discovery and self-love. Helping women evaluate, stimulate, and recreate their lives is her passion. This inspired her to write her latest book, “Finding YOU: 7 Ways to Discover Your Why and Flourish,” to empower women to stand strong while on their journey to embrace who they are, what they stand for, and what they believe in. She also founded and produces the annual "Finding You Women’s Empowerment Conference" in Killeen, TX every January. She brings women from the local community together to be empowered, inspired, and encouraged to pursue their passions and dreams. The one-day conference consists of amazing speakers, panels, networking luncheon, entertainment, and fellowship. It allows women to network, learn, and grow, while setting the momentum at the top of the year for women to plan their year ahead. Women leave the conference empowered to evaluate, stimulate, and recreate their lives using everything that is already within them and new information and training to be a better. Her goal is also for women to leave knowing they have new life-long friends and they do not have to walk this journey called life alone. She plans to expand the "Finding You Women’s Empowerment Conference" all around the world.

Always one to give back, Keyva launched the Keyva Cares Initiative™, a program designed to conduct free Vision Board workshops annually to women in low income communities, shelters, and group homes.
